he was General Manager (International
Sales & Marketing).
Moser Baer is acknowledged
worldwide as India’s
largest and the world’s
second largest CD-R and
the third largest DVD-R
manufacturer of optical
storage media. At Moser
Baer, Rohit was responsible
for Business Development
- guide and support a team
of Account Managers responsible
for large Global OEM Accounts,
Product Marketing - provide
overall direction towards
pricing, product, and quality,
Client Relationship –
ensure and grow relations
with existing clients.
Between 2002 and 2005, Rohit
was part of Spectramind
and was among the key process
owners for the company.
In the close to 4 years
he spent at Spectramind,
he was responsible for initiating
and managing the service
delivery processes for Spectramind’s
largest process. As Associate
Vice President and subsequently
General Manager, Rohit managed
a winning and highly motivated
team of nearly 2,000 employees
across multiple locations
in India which performed
consistently to ensure continuous
client satisfaction.
Prior to Spectramind, Rohit
worked in companies, such
as Gujarat Co-operative
Milk Marketing Federation
Ltd (Amul) & Olam International
Limited, where he has held
commercial & marketing
responsibilities respectively.
Across his career, Rohit
has received numerous awards
for his performance. His
teams have repeatedly demonstrated
high levels of performance,
ensured the best customer
service, which has resulted
in excellent levels of ratings
in independent audits.
Rohit holds a Post Graduate
diploma in rural management
from the Institute of Rural
Management, Anand (IRMA).
