"listen to customer-dont talk OVER customer and interrupt, i called for instant messenger to get working, told him what i had done a dozen times, he does EXACT thing, doesnt work, says if i want to get it working, call back another time,, you charged me too much, you went into my paypal for payment instead of bank, i NEVER authorized paypal to anyone , nobody knows my passwork, I THOUGHT!!! i ran scan after he did, had 19 errors.. "
